Job Overview

Metro Shoes Pakistan is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Tiktok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, data analytics, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Tiktok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rates) to analyze ad performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Research and implement audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
  • Optimize budgets based on performance data and market trends.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend vs. revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising tools, and platform updates.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in paid digital marketing
  • Preferred Industry: E-commerce, Retail, or Fashion.
Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Tiktok Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret data.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools for campaign analysis.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of Tiktok Ads & YouTube Ads.
  • Basic understanding of SEO & organic growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing & automation tools.
  • Be part of a leading fashion e-commerce brand in Pakistan.
  • Get hands-on experience in performance marketing & digital growth strategies.
  • Learn from industry experts in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Work in a collaborative and creative digital marketing team.
