Department: Business Development / Sales

Working Hours: 6:00pm to 3:00am

Salary package : 40,000-50,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to generate and engage leads by reaching out to US-based healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, clinics, hospitals) via email. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our Medical Billing services and generating interest to support our business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and compile contact lists of US-based healthcare professionals and facilities.

Draft and send personalized outreach emails to promote our Medical Billing services.

Follow up with leads systematically and professionally.

Coordinate with the sales or business development team to schedule appointments or demos.

Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and lead status in CRM tools.

Optimize email templates and strategies based on open rates, replies, and conversions.

Comply with HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy standards applicable to US healthcare communication.

Monitor email campaign performance and provide weekly progress reports.

Job Specification:

Excellent written English and email communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organization in managing email campaigns.

Basic understanding of the US healthcare industry or willingness to learn.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and email outreach platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Woodpecker) is a plus.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in email marketing, lead generation, or healthcare B2B outreach.

Knowledge of Medical Billing services and terminology.

Understanding of cold email best practices and US compliance laws.
