Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Regional Service Manager. The Regional Service Manager will oversee regional service operations, ensure compliance with company standards and policies, manage service teams, and maintain customer satisfaction. The position includes conducting regular training sessions, monitoring service metrics, addressing and troubleshooting customer issues, and providing timely reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing service operations and teams
- Strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, and complaint resolution
- Knowledge of automotive and motorcycle batteries
- Ability to conduct training sessions and enhance team performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
