Field Services Engineer | Electrical and Automation | Instrumentation Engineer | Maintenance and Operation

Location: Lahore-Based & Karachi-Based

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for automation and customer service? Join our team as a Field Service Engineer and become the trusted expert supporting our clients with innovative and reliable automation solutions.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll provide on-site and remote support—troubleshooting, implementing, and optimizing automation systems that power industries. Every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to make a direct impact on performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver technical field support and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Upgrade and optimize existing systems for improved reliability and efficiency.
  • Understand customer challenges and tailor automation solutions to meet their needs.
  • Implement support plans and ensure smooth on-site operations.
  • Design and deploy small to mid-sized automation projects.
  • Identify system improvements and document solutions for long-term impact.
  • Resolve incidents and technical issues remotely and in person.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical support, and engineering teams.
  • Travel nationwide to provide expert-level support and execution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics & Control Engineering (mention your grade in CV).
  • 6–12 months+ of hands-on field experience in technical/automation support.
  • Familiarity with maintenance techniques such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and failure rate analysis.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
