Lead Market Technology Solutions Limited is a BPO that specializes in handling UK-based projects, particularly in Personal Injury Claims.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can manage their workload independently and contribute to the company's success as Customer Care Representatives.
Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with a neutral or British accent preferred.
We provide comprehensive product knowledge and training.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional email correspondence.
- Exhibit a professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Demonstrate primary knowledge of computer usage and internet research.
- Understand the impact of attitude on call handling.
- Apply proper telephone etiquette to address various customer situations.
- Demonstrate good teamwork skills and ability to work unsupervised.
Ability to write succinctly and precisely with good diction, grammar, and sentence structure.
Verbal Requirements:
- Fluent speaker with a neutral/British accent, using appropriate tenses.
- Active listening skills to quickly understand customer needs and summarize to validate them.
- Strong command of the English language and basic computer skills.
Able to work 5 days a week.
Previous call center experience is an asset.
Other Job Details:
Schedule: Summer (01:00 PM - 09:30 PM), Winters (02:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
Females: Please apply only if you can work the afternoon shift.
No transportation services are provided.
