HR Manager | Talent Acquisition Lead | Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations in the Amazon and eBay marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product research, listing optimization, customer service, and daily account management tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough product research and market analysis to identify profitable items for Amazon and eBay.
  • Source and manage product listings using relevant tools and best practices.
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings with keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on Amazon and eBay policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Perform routine account health checks and flag potential issues for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon and/or eBay seller accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of product sourcing, listing optimization, and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Zik Analytics, AutoDS, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dropshipping, FBA, and FBM models.
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC for Amazon/eBay is a plus.
  • Prior remote or freelance experience is advantageous.
