Overview

Purpose of the Job: This is a key position and the person holding this position will report to Manager Operations (Head office). He will be responsible for regional level operational activities with support from the centralized backend sales operations team.

Main Accountabilities
  • Responsible for regional sales operational activities, including enabling the sales force with required system information, education, and training.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and assist in furnishing and preparing all key reports that support day-to-day operational decision-making.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales force and sale support teams to address gaps in communication, systems, and processes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and conduct required sessions ensuring accurate information.
  • Oversee regional operational team and maintain follow-up and oversight on regional level reports related to sales pulse, pipeline, and revenues.
  • Develop sustainable processes to prevent operational issues and implement permanent fixes to avoid recurrence.
  • Evaluate the company\'s present operational goals and suggest improvements; oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities.
  • Foster a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.
  • Supervise the operations team to ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder management and staff services.
  • Implement continuous improvement and carry out corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner with strong follow-up and coordination.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in any management or business-related field.
  • Minimum overall professional experience of 5 years in a reputable organization, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Role Specific Knowledge & Experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent understanding of CRMs and previous experience working with different CRMs in coordination with process and product teams will be preferred.
