Job Description:

Responsible For

  1. Lead and manage all phases of international Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering and business process analysis to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  2. Conduct thorough business process analysis workshops with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and translate those needs into effective Odoo solutions.
  3. Design and configure Odoo modules and functionalities to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate customization requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
  5. Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for client users.
  6. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
  7. Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Odoo implementations.
  8. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and team growth.

Additional Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and configuration across various business domains. Odoo certifications and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology).
