We are hiring an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to manage and continuously improve our in-house Odoo ERP system. This role requires a professional who is equally strong on the technical side (customization, development, integrations) and the functional side (process design, implementation, user support). This is a night shift position — apply only if you are comfortable working nights.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Biztek Apps' Odoo ERP system.

Gather requirements from internal teams and design functional workflows in Odoo.

Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet company-specific needs (Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.).

Ensure smooth implementation and deployment of new modules and features.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo applications for performance and reliability.

Provide functional support and training to internal users.

Maintain technical and functional documentation for the ERP system.

Integrate Odoo with other business applications as required.

Collaborate with management to continuously improve and automate business processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in an Odoo Techno-Functional role, preferably managing an in-house ERP system.

Strong understanding of functional modules, workflows, and best practices in Odoo.

Ability to analyze internal processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be willing to work night shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT) at our office at Defence Mor, Walton Road, Lahore.
