Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant. The Senior Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and offering expertise in finance. The role involves implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet client needs, identifying opportunities for improving business efficiency, and providing training and support to end-users.

  • Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules across various business functions (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and technical teams
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • 4+ years of experience with Odoo implementation (Community or Enterprise)
  • Proficiency in Business Process and Consulting
  • Solid understanding of business processes across domains
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client management
  • Knowledge of Finance
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field is advantageous
