Liaise with operation managers to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. Manage the Quality Team, ensuring that quality operations are conducted according to SOP.

Job Specification

Must have more than 10 years of executive quality experience, including experience in quality systems management, QA administration, QA engineering, and QA audit. Inspection and test experience within the BPO industry is required. The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree in any field. At least 13 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably, candidates should be senior managers specializing in quality control/assurance, BPO/services operations, or equivalent.
