We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Quality to lead our Quality Assurance & Control function. This role is responsible for ensuring world-class product quality, minimizing defects, and meeting customer standards across the denim garment production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function for denim garment manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies, SOPs, and inspection systems across all stages (cutting, sewing, washing, finishing).
  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and buyer requirements (AQL, ISO, etc.).
  • Monitor inline, mid-line, and final inspections to ensure zero-defect shipments.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) to reduce rejections.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and merchandising teams to ensure right-first-time quality.
  • Train and develop quality teams to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance, rejection trends, and buyer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in garment manufacturing (denim preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AQL, buyer quality standards, and international compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of leading large QA/QC teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
