ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, you will be responsible to:
- troubleshoot, rectify, and solve the problem by proper utilization of resources like material, tools, and manpower
- coordinate with the immediate supervisor to review the job allocation sheet at least twice a day to streamline the areas, workload, and emergency complaints
- carry out repair and maintenance jobs on plumbing fixtures, fittings, and associated piping in an effective and efficient manner to minimize recurring breakdowns
- record all required information on job activities to maintain history in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- follow safety procedures at work
- work may involve shift duties as and when required or assigned by senior engiExecute planned preventive maintenance on plumbing fittings, sewerage/drain lines, grease traps, and neutralization tanks as per defined procedures to prevent breakdowns
- any other related task as assigned by Supervisor / Senior Engineer.
You must have:
- Matriculation (Preferred)
- minimum of 03 to 05 years of relevant experience
- analytical abilities with problem-solving skills
- ability to draw line sketches and drawings
- knowledge of good plumbing practices
- ability to understand and write simple English and Urdu
