We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and fluent English-speaking
Procurement Executive
to manage
vendor coordination and procurement tasks
related to
residential maintenance services in the United States
. This role will involve
sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with vendors
such as electricians, plumbers, other maintenance technicians, and other contractors for routine and emergency maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work
U.S. time zones
to ensure real-time support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage relationships with maintenance service providers across the U.S. (electricians, plumbers, general contractors, etc.)
  • Coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks with vendors and tenants.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope of work, and availability for regular and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Track and follow up on job completion status, ensuring service quality and timely delivery.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with U.S.-based vendors and service providers in fluent English.
  • Obtain, track, and manage
    portal access or logins
    to vendor systems to
    download invoices, bills, and receipts
    .
  • Maintain an organized digital record of all vendor documents, receipts, and communications.
  • Prepare and update vendor databases and reports in
    Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
    .
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and timelines.
  • Provide real-time updates to U.S.-based teams and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    procurement, vendor management, or property maintenance coordination
    (remote U.S. support experience is a plus).
  • Excellent
    spoken and written English communication skills
    (U.S. client-facing standard).
  • Strong
    negotiation skills
    and ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    , Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools (e.g., CRMs, task trackers).
  • Ability to
    work night shifts
    (U.S. time zones) and manage multiple vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-ups.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with U.S. property management systems or service portals.
  • Familiarity with U.S. residential maintenance standards and service categories.
  • Ability to suggest cost-saving strategies or alternate vendors during emergency procurement.

Working Hours:

  • From 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM (PST)
  • It's an on-site Job (No Hybrid/Remote work)
