
Digital Growth Manager

Global Business & Digital Growth Manager to lead integrated marketing across online and offline channels. Develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth across our diverse product and software divisions. Manage and mentor cross functional marketing teams, ensure all campaigns meet performance targets, and continuously refine our marketing approach to maximize global impact.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive, data driven marketing plans that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion globally.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor both digital (online) and traditional (offline) marketing teams, ensuring they collaborate effectively to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Design and coordinate conversion driven campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and offline marketing initiatives to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Performance & Optimization: Use analytic and A/B testing to monitor campaign performance, refine ad creatives, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure high impact initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with business development and sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies directly support sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on marketing performance metrics and sales outcomes to senior leadership, using insights to inform strategic adjustments.
- Content & Ad Leadership: Oversee the creation of engaging content and ad campaigns tailored for various platforms, ensuring they are optimized to convert audiences into paying customers.
- Trend Identification: Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage innovative tactics that boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate marketing processes, leveraging digital tools to increase team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- International Marketing: Develop strategies for international expansion that account for cultural nuances and regional market dynamics.
- Brand Positioning: Work to strengthen the brand's global presence through consistent messaging and high impact marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with cross functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure unified brand messaging and execution across all channels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a strong track record in both digital and traditional marketing environments.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute data driven marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring diverse marketing teams to achieve performance targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytic platforms, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Global Perspective: Experience in managing marketing operations in international markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: A track record of executing high performance campaigns that deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
- Experience with performance marketing and lead generation strategies.
