Job Details

Our team is looking for a dedicated team player who shares our passion for logistics and supply chain. This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisor / Operations Executive / Branch Manager.

The holder of this position must coordinate cooperation between their area of work and other areas of the organization to ensure a smooth flow of information and positive coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload packages scheduled for pickups/deliveries.
  • Check correctness and completeness of consignments during pickups/deliveries.
  • Consult with dispatching on the best route for timely delivery/pickup.
  • Ensure that the House Way Bill is properly completed by the shipper and/or consignee.
  • Use a cell phone to report progress or problems with deliveries and pickups, maintaining constant availability.
  • Verify the good order of packages and envelopes.
  • Provide a communication link between customers and office staff.
  • Immediately report any customer feedback to operations.
  • Fulfill all assigned tasks correctly and timely.
  • Maintain excellent cooperation with other team members.
  • Be courteous to all customers and use proper language.
  • Be dependable and avoid unexcused absences.
  • Present oneself well, wear clean clothes, and keep a tidy appearance.
  • Always follow safety protocols at work.
    • Experience in logistics.
    • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and clinical trial logistics is an advantage.
    • Ability to read, write, and interpret basic English.
    • Willingness to learn related responsibilities.
