The Role:

We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Employee Engagement to lead our internal culture efforts. From planning fun activities to fostering team spirit, you'll be the go-to person for making Rendream a great place to work.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee coordination
  • Plan and lead team-building events, wellness activities, and social gatherings
  • Drive employee engagement strategies and keep everyone motivated.
  • Promote a culture of openness, collaboration, and innovation
  • Communicate upcoming activities and HR updates clearly about the budge
  • Collect feedback and improve engagement initiatives
  • Proactively engage with teams to align activities with company values
  • Coordinate quarterly evaluations and help map out career growth plans
  • Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure a great first impression
  • Facilitate positive and constructive exit interviews
  • Support company-wide learning sessions and development programs
  • Organize employee appreciation events; birthdays, work anniversaries, and more
  • Assist the HR Manager with official meetings and documentation
