Job Description

This role involves collaborating with regional leadership and staff to drive business outcomes through effective human capital management. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a strong people-first culture.

  • Partner with regional leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes across the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
