Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Business Partner with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Lahore. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, contribute to people strategies, and support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior HR members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience and alignment with business goals.
The HR Business Partner will report to the Director of People Operations.
What will you be doing?
- Support the implementation of people plans and initiatives that align with business goals and the broader people strategy.
- Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development initiatives.
- Driving employee engagement, culture, and maintaining the benchmark.
- Handling HR operations mainly including HRIS, ATS, Total Rewards and Payroll Assistance.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, streamline recruitment processes, and develop retention strategies that support employee growth and retention in the competitive tech landscape.
- Generating insight from HR data and evidence – utilizing and applying the evidence base to support business objectives or strategies
- Have a strong laison with the team - asking the right questions, crafting networks and understanding where HR can identify opportunities to create the most value.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related subject
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- A good listener of a team member's concerns and is being empathetic. Goes the extra mile to resolve issues.
- Comfortable with HR systems and familiar with tools like HRIS and ATS.
- Willingness to take ownership and get involved in both strategic initiatives and daily HR operations.
- Experience of supporting Senior Managers in the development of their business area to ensure key business aims and objectives are achieved.
- Desire to challenge convention and able to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong communication and engagement skills, working with and through others.
- Analytical skills, insight and the ability to use results, data, facts, benchmarking, to build, inform and shape convincing business cases.
- High level resilience skills with change management expertise
- Ability to blend both context and content to inform views and decision making.
