Psychometric Assessment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychometric Assessment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for psychometrics and a strong educational background in psychology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and evaluate tests and testing programs that closely align to current subject-area standards.
  • • Write items and reviews that evaluate both content and psychometric properties.
  • • Assemble and score tests, approving items for use on assessments.
  • • Design new assessments, developing innovative products and services.
  • • Manage the item evaluation process, overseeing newly inducted or existing tests.
  • • Direct testing projects, delegating work and monitoring progress.
Requirements

A fresh graduate may apply, however professional experience in psychometric testing or related fields is an added advantage.

  • Required Skills:
  • • Strong writing skills, with well-developed organizational skills and ability to learn new testing-related technology.
  • • Verbal and written communication skills, with comprehensive knowledge of specialty fields.
  • • Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, NVivo, Excel, and MS Office.
