Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Upwork Bidder located on-site in Islamabad. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on suitable projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining a consistent follow-up with potential clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, collaborating with the development team to align proposals, and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Proposal Writing, Web Content Writing, and Technical Writing skills
  • Experience in lead generation and project bidding
  • Experience with Mobile development is a big plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Upwork platform and its operations
  • Ability to understand client requirements and collaborate with development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or relevant field is a plus
