We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Expert Bidder with a strong track record on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the bid process to secure freelance projects for our team. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to navigate and succeed in the competitive freelance marketplace.

  • Regularly monitor Upwork and Fiverr for new project postings that match our skills and service offerings.
  • Analyze project requirements to ensure a good fit before preparing and submitting detailed proposals.
  • Craft personalized proposals for each project, highlighting how our services meet the client's needs.
  • Utilize SEO strategies within proposals to enhance visibility in platform searches.
  • Manage communications with potential clients, responding to queries and negotiating terms as necessary.
  • Keep track of all bids, responses, and feedback to refine and improve bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with the team to understand capabilities and service offerings to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.
Job Specification

Proven experience as a successful bidder on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms.

Strong understanding of the freelance market and what makes a proposal successful.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey our value proposition in proposals.

Ability to analyze project requirements and match them with our services and capabilities.

Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in crafting visible and compelling proposals.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
