An admin officer will be responsible for taking over administrative duties of a new stitching unit immediately and providing support for establishing the new unit. The role will ensure smooth functioning in the following areas:
- Security staff management
- Fire Risk Management, including monitoring fire hazards and establishing safety systems, performing inspection, testing, and maintenance of all types of fire protection systems
- Control gate operations: inward/outward movement of raw materials, machinery, and company assets
- Manage issues regarding vehicles: daily operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, drivers' administration, etc.
- Ensure cleanliness around the factory
- Formulate/regulate organization policies
- Manage shared resources (meeting room, kitchen, etc.)
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for construction and miscellaneous electrical/mechanical issues
- Liaison with government departments, i.e., LESCO, SUI GAS, PTC, Social Security, etc.
- Rejection/Wastage Management
- Company's Asset Management, i.e., furniture, vehicles, telephones, air conditioners, etc.
- Handle guest issues
- Manage labor welfare matters (milk, issue of tea, etc.), Fair Price Shop, Workers Uniform, etc.
Strong Administrative Skills
Strong communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi
Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in textile unit/industry would be a plus.
