IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
  1. Manage the company's business in your assigned territory through effective channel handling.
  2. Maintain the product float and ensure all products are available in the market according to policies and practices. Handle franchise teams to ensure SKU availability in retail markets.
  3. Achieve targets related to development and recharge activities, monitor competition, and report within specified timeframes.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
  1. Ensure availability and replenishment of Ufone products such as cards, load, MFS, SIMs, etc.
  2. Develop existing markets and explore new potential markets, both directly and indirectly.
  3. Maintain data accuracy of the retail universe in RMS or other systems as per practice.
  4. Conduct visibility audits of merchandising.
  5. Manage franchise teams, including development, regular follow-ups, target achievement, and policy adherence in retail markets.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Degree from an HEC-recognized university

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of engineering network systems for cellular technology
  • Understanding of distribution management
