As Inside Sales Team Lead at PakWheels.com, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and guiding a dynamic sales team towards achieving ambitious targets. You will collaborate with a motivated group of sales professionals, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, optimizing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional results. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for sales excellence, and a commitment to building a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and sales targets.
  2. Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales performance.
  3. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team-mates, including best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
  4. Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
  5. Utilize data-driven insights to track team performance metrics such as sales conversions, answer rates, adherence, and talk time, continuously improving efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless coordination and enhanced overall performance.
  7. Monitor sales calls, offering constructive feedback and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.
  8. Define and communicate clear sales targets for individual members and the team, driving accountability and results.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the sales team, promoting professional growth and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Strong expertise in call center operations, sales methodologies, and CRM software.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and customers.
  5. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive effective sales strategies and improve team performance.
  6. Effective in managing cross-functional collaboration and aligning team goals with broader business objectives.
  7. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering professional growth and excellence within the team.
