About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive based in Pakistan to identify potential customers in the U.S. and Canada. Your role will directly influence our growth by finding new clients, deriving insights from sales conversations, and testing new sales strategies and data sources. You will seek new business opportunities through contact, qualification, and booking meetings to close deals.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients via phone and Zoom.
  2. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by managing your pipeline.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  5. Collaborate with leadership to share insights and strategies.
  6. Use HubSpot to track and manage client interactions, notes, meetings, and records.
  7. Engage in continuous learning to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
  8. Participate in client-facing activities during EST working hours (Toronto/Washington/NYC).

  • Minimum 2-3 years in B2B outbound sales/business development with a proven track record.
  • Strong negotiation skills for favorable client contracts.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and growth in sales.
  • Ability to independently manage and grow client accounts.
  • Experience with HubSpot and CRM tools for client management.
  • Adaptability to remote work and self-motivation to meet targets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. business executives and build relationships from first contact to deal closure.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising sales at a marketing agency.
  • Experience working with North American clients.
  • Background in BPO, recruitment, or customer support.
