Job Summary

Looking

for a seasoned presales Solution Architect with over a decade of experience in

IT infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization to join our dynamic team. As a

Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in designing, architecting, and

delivering customized, scalable, and high-performance solutions for clients

across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will possess both technical

expertise and strong business acumen to align complex IT solutions with client

goals.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Solution
  
  Design & Architecture
• Design
  
  and develop tailored IT solutions for managed and professional services.
• Create
  
  comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams,
  
  specifications, and implementation plans.
• Simplify
  
  complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear
  
  communication and informed decision-making.

Pre-sales

Support & RFI/RFP Responses:

• Collaborate
  
  with sales teams to define client requirements and design appropriate
  
  solutions.
• Lead
  
  the preparation and response to RFI/RFPs, ensuring technical proposals align
  
  with client needs and business objectives.
• Conduct
  
  technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate solution value and
  
  capabilities.
• Build
  
  and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively
  
  identify client needs and provide expert technical guidance to ensure
  
  successful project delivery.
• Ensure
  
  seamless communication between business and technical stakeholders, managing
  
  expectations and ensuring alignment.
• Oversee
  
  the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to quality
  
  standards and specifications.
• Provide
  
  leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to
  
  post-implementation support.
• Conduct
  
  risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for potential challenges.
  
  Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and product
  
  teams, to ensure smooth solution integration. Ensure the timely delivery of
  
  high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

& Experience:

• 10+
  
  years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization.
• 16
  
  years Bachelors Degree from a reputed institution
• HEC
  
  and UAE Embassy Registered Degree
• Proven
  
  track record of successfully designing and delivering complex IT solutions for
  
  enterprise clients.
• Experience
  
  in leading multi-regional projects and delivering impactful solutions across
  
  various industries (Oil & Gas, Government, Finance, etc.).
• In-depth
  
  knowledge of private and public cloud technologies, virtualization platforms
  
  (VMware, Hyper-V), and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise
  
  in solution design, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Strong
  
  experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, Kubernetes, Red Hat, Nutanix, and
  
  other leading technologies.

Certifications:

• VMware
  
  Certified Professional (VCP) in Data Center & Network Virtualization
• Microsoft
  
  Certified Azure Solution Architect Expert
• RedHat
  
  Certified System Administrator or similar certifications are a plus.
• Service
  
  Management or similar certifications are a plus.
