Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and business development, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to track trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements while ensuring profitability.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Regularly report performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with teams.
