Job Overview

HOF Migration is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our immigration and visa services. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and support the expansion of our business across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals and digital platforms
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their immigration needs and promote suitable services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Create sales proposals, presentations and follow up on client inquiries
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management
  • Provide accurate information on different immigration programs (e.g. Canada, Australia, EU, UK, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, processing, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain and update CRM system with all client interactions and progress
  • Participate in business development initiatives, events and client meetings
  • Prepare regular reports on sales progress, pipeline and forecasts
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales / business development (experience in the immigration industry is a strong advantage)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
