The role of the Partnerships Manager is pivotal in driving Waseela's partnerships strategy across national and regional levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing Relationships: Assist in managing relationships with national and regional partners across verticals, including Kisaan Dukaan, Paidawar, and Doodh.
  2. Partner Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to support Waseela's operational and strategic goals.
  3. Negotiation and Agreements: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Partnership Planning: Develop partnership plans for upcoming districts in line with Waseela's geographic expansion strategy.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and gaps in service delivery.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to design initiatives that maximize partner engagement and farmer benefits.
  7. Support and Reporting: Support the district and regional field officers in identifying, onboarding, and managing local partners, and prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes and resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the agriculture or FMCG sector.
