Role Description

We are hiring a results-driven Marketing Expert with experience in promoting resorts, farmhouses, or event spaces. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-savvy, and passionate about increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement. This is a full-time on-site job located in Tipu Sultan Society, near Malir Cantt Checkpost 6, Karachi. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, developing and implementing marketing strategies, running social media and ad campaigns, driving bookings and brand visibility, collaborating with influencers and vendors, tracking analytics, and optimizing results. The role also involves market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service to support the company's overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and ad platforms
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva/Photoshop is a plus
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
