Location: Lahore, Nishat HQ

Markets: Pakistan, UAE, US

About the Role: We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid advertising efforts across Meta, Google, and TikTok. If you thrive on driving revenue growth and optimizing ROAS across international markets, we want you

Key Objectives:

  • Drive significant revenue growth through performance marketing.
  • Consistently optimize and improve ROAS across all digital channels.
  • Scale profitable advertising campaigns across Pakistan, UAE, and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated performance marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house design team to deliver high-performing creative assets.
  • Analyze performance data using tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, and attribution tools to inform strategy.
  • Develop market-specific strategies, optimizing campaigns based on regional insights and trends.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience scaling paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong background in e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms: GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Triple Whale.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage campaigns across multiple international markets.
