We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, vendor coordination, supervising support staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure cleanliness, security, and functionality of the office environment.
  • Supervise support staff and Front Desk Officers (FDOs) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage a team of Office Boys and Front Desk Officers, overseeing schedules, task delegation, and performance.
  • Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
  • Manage and process utility bills and other operational expenses.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination.
  • Handle administrative paperwork, filing, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies procurement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
