About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote company services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
