Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Business Development & Sales Executive
to join
The Xtudio
, a creative media house working with both local and international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, finding leads, preparing digital marketing campaigns, proposals, email marketing and building strong client relationships. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to identify and close new opportunities across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (local & international).
  • Prepare and submit
    digital marketing campaigns and proposals
    on multiple
    freelancing platforms.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to design client-focused solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    sales, business development, or digital marketing proposals
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with freelance platforms and proposal writing is highly preferred.
