Role Overview

The Compliance & Business Analytics Executive at Howdy Group plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our business operations through meticulous data analysis and adherence to compliance frameworks. This entry-level position requires a keen analytical mind and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely within a dynamic team environment, applying their skills in audit and risk assessments to enhance compliance standards and reporting methodologies. The executive will collaborate with various departments to streamline compliance practices and implement effective business analytics solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure internal compliance while driving data-driven decisions through reporting and analysis
  • Implement and monitor compliance policies
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and training
  • Investigate violations and recommend fixes
  • Business Analytics (Reporting & Insights)
  • Analyze data to spot trends and risks
  • Build dashboards and automate reports
  • Present actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 0-1 year experience in compliance/internal audit and business analytics/reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau and Compliance frameworks
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
