Proposal Writer and Researcher

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Proposal Writer and Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching current and future markets, developing proposals, and submitting bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze current and future markets to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Write high-quality proposals that showcase our capabilities and expertise.
- Respond to queries on proposals, ensuring timely submission of bids.
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the written proposal, focusing on content and presentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing business proposals or bidding departments is preferred.
- Strong research skills, particularly in sourcing out RFPs.
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel and proficiency in other MS Office tools (Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with bidding and RFP processes is a plus.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to construct high-quality narratives and convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the demands of the department.
- Ability to work proactively and creatively under pressure.
Working Conditions:
