We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of PKR 250,000 – 350,000 per month, dependent on experience.

About the Role

This position requires a Principal SQA (Automation) Engineer with a minimum of four years of software industry experience. You will work closely with agile teams to help them achieve the quality and testability of features or bugs they have worked on and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • ">
  • Experience working with an Agile/Scrum development process to ensure efficient team collaboration.">
  • Developing test plans for features based on user stories to validate requirements.">
  • Validating Features/User Stories against agreed acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.">
  • Ensuring developed features meet quality standards through rigorous testing and analysis.">
  • Analyzing system features and functionality to determine the best approach and techniques to test, including black box, white box, stress/load, data integrity, security, and automation.">
  • Creating a library of reusable test cases to enhance future testing efficiency.">
  • Collaborating with the Development Team to analyze, debug, and resolve issues effectively.">
  • Participating in daily scrum and sprint planning sessions to stay aligned with team goals.">
  • Participating in User story estimations to ensure accurate project planning.">
  • Proficiency in Automation testing tools, such as Selenium and Cypress.">
  • Understanding of all testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage.">
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is desirable.">
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in automation testing, including experience with C# language specifically.">
  • Proven expertise in Unit-Testing / Integration Testing / End-to-End (e2e) Testing / Regression Testing / Smoke Testing.">
  • Nice to have experience working with Azure DevOps test suite.">
