Position Overview:

As a Junior AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Your expertise in AI algorithms, machine learning, and data analysis will play a crucial role in delivering intelligent systems that solve complex business challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of AI models into our existing systems and drive business growth through AI technologies.

You will help reduce the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life cycle, share implementation methodologies, and recommend solution alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions.
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with technologies is integral to Salesforce.com.
• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve specific problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze large datasets.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Fine-tune AI models for improved performance and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies.
• Document code, algorithms, and processes for future references.
• Integrate AI models into production systems.
• Works directly with business partners to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops, and delivers key components of technology solutions.
• Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation.
• Help create integration and development project plans and designs.
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
• Extensive support as AI engineer for upcoming projects.
• You must participate in other active projects as needed to share the workload as required and must have a proven track record of it.
• Participate as key resource in future development strategy meetings with positive input.
• Must help and participate in implementing new products and features that the company will adopt in addition to AI where applicable.
• Must help in implementing cutting edge technologies like AI.
• Must pass certifications exams within the due time as specified by your mentor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development, with strong exposure to Salesforce.com technologies.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing AI / machine learning models and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, analysis, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience integrating AI models into production systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and lead project components.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative team setting.
• Demonstrated passion for staying up to date with new AI technologies and continuous learning.
• Commitment to achieving required certifications within specified timeframes.
