About the Role

We're looking for a Product Growth Coordinator to support and scale our chatbot platform designed to empower women across Pakistan. This role sits at the intersection of user growth, product operations, and impact-driven partnerships.

You'll help grow our user base, support strategic collaborations, optimize onboarding, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You'll also streamline internal processes and ensure product content and outreach initiatives are tightly aligned with user needs and growth metrics.

A hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about digital empowerment, and has a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

User Growth & Retention

Analyze user behavior data and feedback to identify friction points and drive product-led growth initiatives

Track acquisition, activation, and retention metrics; collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve outcomes

Partner & Collaboration Management

Coordinate with NGOs, field partners, and internal teams to execute growth-focused initiatives

Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment and accountability across stakeholders

Onboarding & Training

Develop and manage onboarding journeys for users and partner teams

Create or curate training materials to improve user activation and collaborator readiness

Product & Project Coordination

Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across tech, content, and outreach teams

Ensure smooth execution of growth experiments, launches, and process changes

Content & UX Oversight

Review chatbot content to enhance engagement, cultural relevance, and impact

Collaborate with writers, designers, and UX researchers to support user growth

Campaign Execution Support

Assist Marketing and Comms teams in executing outreach, engagement, and referral campaigns

Track campaign performance and surface actionable insights

Reporting & Optimization

Maintain dashboards and documentation to track KPIs and share progress with leadership

Suggest operational improvements and system enhancements

What We're Looking For

3–4 years of experience in product coordination, growth operations, or digital program management

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions

Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams

Hands-on experience with tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, Airtable, or similar

Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to solve operational challenges

Passion for mission-driven tech, inclusion, and empowering underserved communities
