Role Description
Lead the design and optimization of patient onboarding and follow-up funnels across the customer lifecycle. You will own activation, retention, and satisfaction metrics, partnering closely with Product, Clinical, and Marketing to ensure patients realize value quickly and remain engaged.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Lifecycle/CRM, or Growth Ops; healthcare or regulated industry is a plus.
- Proven funnel design and lifecycle automation experience (segmentation, triggers, experiments).
- Analytical with comfort in dashboards, cohorts, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
- Familiarity with privacy/security practices for patient communications (e.g., PHI-safe messaging).
