Location: Remote
Timings:
- Location: Islamabad, E-11 – Hybrid (First month in-office, then remote)
- Monday to Friday
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. You will be their trusted advisor, understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and helping them achieve their goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and wants to be at the heart of a company's growth story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and proactive outreach to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support.
- Manage escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Track and analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure retention and expansion of accounts by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Customer support and relevant roles.
- Highly ambitious, career-driven, and motivated by fast career growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire clients.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to clients and building rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work US hours and occasionally adjust schedules based on team needs.
