Job Description

Kamstec International has been working in the field of Analytical and Scientific Equipment for several years. We provide sales, calibration, repair, and maintenance of our supplied instruments by visiting customers in various industries at regular intervals. Our main customers are located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, KPK, and Quetta.

We are seeking a dynamic young individual with 4-5 years or more of experience in repairing electronic items, with a good understanding of computers and software. We also need candidates with technical sales experience in related items.

For Service Job: The incumbent will be responsible for installation, demonstrations, pre-installation surveys, follow-up, and recovering outstanding payments, along with other service-related tasks. A good knowledge of component-level repair and understanding of software is essential.

We will consider fresh graduates for trainees and experienced graduates for regular positions. Please mention your status, contact number, and expected salary in your CV.

Job Specification
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Applied Physics, or Chemistry preferred.
  • Own motorcycle and laptop required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in repair and maintenance of instruments or sales of similar instruments.
  • Pleasant personality, ability to learn, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in service and maintenance of analytical sciences or medical capital equipment; experience with spectrometers, HPLC, or analytical instruments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments.
  • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs on-site.
  • Offer technical support to customers at their location.
  • Provide on-site training to customers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including field applications, customer support, product management, manufacturing, and marketing/sales.
  • Develop service technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain service information in the company database.
  • Handle field service calls professionally and promptly, with triage as needed.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork timely.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate for a Field Service Engineer.
