Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Utilize various talent acquisition methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job and cultural fit requirements.

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

  • Negotiate job offers and guide new hires through the onboarding process.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with headhunting and niche talent sourcing.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Ability to build strong employer branding initiatives.
