You will work closely with the C-level on finding, recruiting, onboarding, and engaging talent to build a better and more friendly workplace. There will be 2 HR Ops reportable to you to manage all the HR and payroll operations. You will be leading the HR functions with fresh energy and building organizational strength by hiring and retaining the right talent.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Worked for a software house in the past or any known tech startup.
  • Ability to add creative ideas into building up organizational culture.
  • Degree in HR, Psychiatry, Anthropology, or any other related expertise.
  • Must have headhunting, recruitment experience of at least 1 year.
  • Should be innovative in HR event ideas, and execution.
  • A go-getter and leader for the team.
  • Hands-on experience with org policies and employee development programs.
