Digital Marketer | Content Creator | Communication Expert

Key Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors (linguists, translators, agencies).


• Maintain and update vendor databases using advanced Excel functions and tools.


• Assist in the onboarding and vetting process of new vendors.


• Communicate effectively with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely task allocations and issue resolution.


• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality compliance.


• Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and in a team setting.


• Prior experience in vendor relations, procurement, or coordination is a plus.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Languages, or a related field.


• Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
