GJH Solutions Hiring for Our Client – Prime Estimate (Islamabad Office). Position: Senior Business Development Specialist – Construction Estimation Industry. Location: On-site – Islamabad. Full-time | 9 hours per day (Monday–Friday). Urgent Hiring.
Responsibilities- Identify and close high-value business opportunities in the construction estimation industry.
- Build and manage relationships with developers, contractors, and real estate stakeholders.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales & marketing strategies for revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business reports.
- Collaborate with estimation teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate project deliverables.
- Introduce innovative tools (CRM, BI, automation) to improve sales processes and client engagement.
- 5 to 7+ years' proven experience in business development / sales.
- Must have background in construction cost estimation companies.
- Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand construction workflows and coordinate with estimation teams.
- Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring or guiding teams.
Handsome & Negotiable – based on experience.
