Job Description:

  1. Work closely with Epicor Kinetic range of Products.
  2. Customise and design solutions that suit customer's business needs.
  3. Mentor and guide less experienced team members, including graduates and junior developers.
  4. Liaise between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  5. Coordinate and lead team meetings, including sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  6. Work closely with users to evaluate application requirements.
  7. Ensure systems are completed within agreed budgets and time frames while adhering to design and security standards.

Job Specification:

  1. Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science or software engineering.
  2. Have advanced skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, VB, SSRS, RDL or similar languages.
  3. Have expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL.
  4. Advanced knowledge of software architecture with the ability to apply this knowledge to specific project deliverables.
  5. Be available to participate in after-hours calls with customers.
  6. Previous experience in a software development leadership role is desirable.
