We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing SQL reports, developing dynamic dashboards, and providing effective solutions to technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern relational databases. You will also be proficient in C# and HTML, and have hands-on experience in data visualization and designing custom outputs using drag-and-drop tools.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other developers to optimize in-application SQL statements and establish best practices. You will also be responsible for communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences and coordinating issue resolution efforts with other departments.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent English communication skills, experience with documenting root cause analysis, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to produce accurate customer specifications documents for development.
