We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us secure projects on Upwork. If you're great at writing winning proposals and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you
- Search for and analyze relevant jobs on Upwork across different categories.
- Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and our services effectively.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the proposed scope and timelines are accurate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about trends on Upwork and improve bidding strategies accordingly.
- Requirements include 2–3 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms, excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to quickly understand project details, and being organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
